Position Summary:
Saint Raphael Catholic School in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Afterschool Care Monitor.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure the welfare and safety of children and respond accordingly.
- Coordinate and lead engaging activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and service projects.
- Provide support for students to ensure they complete their homework.
- Close supervision of students at play.
- Provide structure and discipline to prevent any major behavioral issues.
- Assist program director in logistics regarding closing and organizing for the end of day.
- Exhibit a strong sense of personal accountability and high expectations for student safety.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associates/Bachelors degree with 1 year of work experience related to education/teaching.
- Employment is contingent upon applicant satisfactorily passing a full background check and reference check.
- Must complete Safe Environment Training.
