Who influenced/inspired you to the priesthood? The person who influenced my life during this discernment process was Father Jose Olmedo Fernández, a priest from the Diocese of Ocaña, deeply dedicated to his vocation. At Divino Niño Parish, he taught me the love for the Holy Rosary, visits to the Blessed Sacrament, and the Holy Eucharist. The words he emphasized most were humility, prayer, and obedience.

What would you say to a young person who thinks they may have a vocation? I would tell a young person not to be afraid to say "yes" to God in this calling. Being a priest for the Kingdom of God is something wonderful. It is a beautiful path when you give your heart to God and the world. I would also tell them that love is the fullness of the vocation. Being a priest allows you to touch lives, bring hope, and be a beacon of light in a world that so desperately needs God's goodness and love. In this journey, there will be challenges, but also a joy and a feeling that surpass all understanding. “Do not fear, trust in the Lord and His plan for you.”

Favorite Bible passages: The Bible passage in my life is Revelation 3:20: "Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me." This verse reminds me that Jesus is always present, patiently waiting to enter our lives if only we are willing to open the door for Him. To me, it is a constant reminder of God's closeness and loving invitation.

Favorite saint: Saint Alphonsus Maria de Liguori
